Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Provide project management oversight including planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans
Manage project controls including budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, and schedule management
Utilize tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP, and Primavera P6 for reporting and performance monitoring
Identify issues, risks, and dependencies; develop and implement effective solutions
Resolve conflicts and establish priorities to ensure timely task completion
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
7–10 years of project management experience
Strong understanding of core project management concepts and lifecycle methodologies
Proven ability to manage costs, schedules, and performance outcomes
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project
Hands-on experience with SAP
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams
Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite in Valencia, CA)
Background check and badge access required
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
