Personal Assistant (Part-Time, Fort Lauderdale)
Sip Channé is a boutique, wellness-minded French wine brand seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role involves managing the Founder’s calendar, organizing travel, supporting events, and assisting with social media tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar (multiple time zones; business + personal; frequent changes)
Maintain inbox organization, draft replies, and track follow-ups
Plan complex travel (flights, hotels, drivers) and handle last-minute changes
Create concise recaps, task lists, and next-step trackers to keep projects moving
Assist with family-adjacent errands or logistics as needed
Support on-site events/tastings/dinners (setup, vendor coordination, guest hospitality)
Capture behind-the-scenes content during events (phone video, quick edits)
Prepare simple run-of-show checklists and packing lists
Organize content folders, gather assets, and draft simple captions
Coordinate with creatives (photographers/designers) and upload content as needed
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) – organization & light trackers
Calendars (Google/Outlook) – expert scheduling across time zones
ChatGPT/AI tools – assist with drafts, summaries, and checklists
Canva – simple, on-brand one-pagers or event signs
Comms platforms – Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom
Qualification

Comfortable with flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends during activations
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Fort Lauderdale, FL
Preferred
Bonus: experience in events, hospitality, PR/marketing, or social media
