The Bioanalytical Project Scientist will provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects, support associates in production and validation teams, and act as a liaison between the technical aspects of each assay in the lab and the BPI.

Responsibilities

Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot
Perform, review, and approve data regression, in addition to data management for flow cytometry and PBMC studies
Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support, assisting in the technical transfer in lab of assays from method development to validation and production teams
Reporting of all study activities working with the BTO group
Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner
Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.)

Required

Associate's degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience preferred OR Bachelor's degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience preferred
3-6 years of Celerion bench experience is preferred
3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge preferred
Proficiency with computers
Excellent oral and written skills
