Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products/services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote new products/services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate records
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
Ability to relocate to Idabel, OK 74745 before starting work
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Sales experience is a plus
