Assists the Electronic Health Records (EHR) Manager & Team Lead in supporting the Health Information Services mission of integrity, security, access, and accuracy of the electronic health record
Serves as a resource for complex EHR documentation issues, including correction of errors
Under direct supervision, provides a variety of operational, consultative and collaborative functions within HIS
Provides proactive and reactive support while maintaining a professional attitude and exhibiting good customer service skills
Maintains professional standards and exhibits excellent customer service skills while performing assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
Associate degree with 3 years' experience
Preferred
RHIT Or RHIA Preferred But Not Required
