Answer calls using an automated system, escalate when necessary
Research and resolve customer questions within set SLAs
Record calls in CRM, maintain proper documentation
Make outbound follow-up calls
Help callers with online applications
Adhere to privacy rules and company schedules
Complete all required training
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Internet speed: 60mbps download / 6mbps upload (proof required)
Experienced with computer software, CRM tools, and call center technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
