Optimization Consultant

Responsibilities
Subject matter expert (SME) and isolved product consultant
Ability to rebuild, update or create system functionality based on customer needs
Maintain strong industry and product knowledge
Ability to perform product overviews and training
Provide customers with industry best practices
Lead customer consultation meetings
Ability to assess customer opportunities as match for optimization
Serve as project manager for customer optimizations
Create and maintain statements of work and project plans
Coordinate with Customer Success Managers during projects to ensure customer satisfaction
Leverages available product learning resources and other SMEs to maintain a high degree of knowledge on the features and functionality of isolved to advise on areas of opportunity for adoption and expansion
Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Functions as the voice of the customer and provides objective internal feedback on how isolved can better serve our customers
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with software and system optimization techniques
Provide expertise on isolved products and solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations
Maintain strong industry knowledge to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices
Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
