Responsibilities
Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Build rapport, identify needs, and establish trust
Present pest control services and treatment plans clearly and confidently
Provide accurate quotes and service agreements to residential customers
Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads from marketing efforts, referrals, and outreach
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs
Accurately document customer interactions, quotes, and contracts in the CRM system
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Positive, customer-first attitude
Preferred
Inside sales, B2B, or high-volume sales experience
Familiarity with sales KPIs, metrics, and reporting
Experience providing quotes and service contracts
Comfort explaining technical or service-related information to customers
