Responsibilities

Perform HR data clean-up by working audits and alerts and correcting data issues in PeopleSoft
Approve and process employee transactions such as degree updates, name changes, and other HR-related requests
Execute mass data updates and reporting as required
Provide Tier 1 support by managing and resolving tickets through ServiceNow
Support ongoing project work focused on HR operations and data accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of requests

Required

Prior experience supporting HR operations, HR data management, or HR systems
Experience working in PeopleSoft (at least 2 years)
Experience working in a ticketing system such as ServiceNow. ServiceNow experience is required (at least 2 years)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
