Responsibilities
Drive growth of the CAS practice through new client acquisition, referrals, and strategic networking
Manage a portfolio of clients as a trusted advisor, providing financial guidance, reporting, and insights
Oversee delivery of monthly close, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance services
Develop proposals, pricing models, and engagement scopes aligned with client needs
Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff while ensuring quality control and timely deliverables
Implement scalable workflows, automation, and cloud-based accounting solutions to enhance efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in public or outsourced accounting
Proven ability to manage client relationships and support practice growth
Strong advisory, communication, and team leadership skills
Preferred
CPA strongly preferred
