Lead with Vision: Execute and scale the employee benefits strategy in a new regional market, translating vision into tangible results
Build and Win: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of sales executives. Join them in the field to close business and build trust
Drive Growth: Lead go-to-market sales strategy and deliver measurable revenue growth through targeted client acquisition and retention
Deliver Excellence: Ensure client satisfaction through a best-in-class service model and strong carrier partnerships
Manage Profitability: Own the P&L — track office performance, align sales efforts with cross-sell opportunities, and drive bottom-line success
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven sales leadership in the employee benefits insurance sector
Demonstrated success in building, managing, and mentoring sales teams
