InternREV Sports Management LLC is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Intern for the Kane County Cougars. The intern will support the growth of social media platforms, create engaging content, and assist with marketing initiatives, game day coverage, and event management.

Help manage and grow all social media platforms
Assist media team with media day and game day content, and outside events as needed
Live tweet during games and assist with social media tasks
Send out marketing texts/emails/notifications as needed
Suggesting creative content ideas
Ability to interact with athletes and fans in a professional matter
Willing to contribute to marketing initiatives and other duties as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Full understanding of social media platforms and staying on top of trends
Positive attitude and team player
Photography and photoshop experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when interacting with others
Knowledge of the Cougars social media presence and the image exuded to fans
Willingness to work as a member of a marketing team
Creativity and knowledge of pop culture, sports teams' social media habits, photography, sponsorship baseball, and the Cougars' fan base
Hours will vary but will include evenings, weekends, holidays, game days, and non-game days if needed
Work will be focused on game days. Our work environment is very physical, fast-paced and at times very stressful. The Marketing and Social Media Intern will be expected to be outside in the stadium and in the elements. The team typically plays rain or shine, cold or warm
