Qualification
Required
California-licensed and based associate
Eager to build and deepen litigation experience
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and supportive environment
Prior trial experience or a strong interest in trial work
Ability to handle all phases of litigation, including court appearances, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communication, and trial preparation
