Client Success Manager, Education Partnerships
Motimatic is a company focused on enhancing customer journeys through behavioral science and automated outreach. They are seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of education partners, ensuring successful marketing campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of education partners, owning satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term growth opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication outside of the Motimatic platform, building trusted advisor relationships over time
Own client meetings starting at kickoff, ensuring agendas, internal preparation, and follow-up communication are consistently high quality
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, pain points, internal priorities, and business cycles to strengthen long-term partnerships
Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies to protect retention and drive client success
Drive renewals and develop multi-year strategic partnership plans in close collaboration with Sales
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities through embedded client relationships and performance insights
Ensure clients are positioned for recurring revenue success by aligning the right products, payment models, and long-term roadmap
Support 1-, 3-, and 5-year planning for key client partnerships to maximize impact and growth
Ensure successful, on-time client launches by defining clear goals, success metrics, and performance benchmarks for every engagement
Own client strategy across ongoing initiatives, including content alignment and funnel-based performance planning
Partner closely with Product Operations to monitor campaign delivery, asset quality, and performance optimization
Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and deepen client trust
Own client reporting outside of the dashboard, delivering polished, accurate, and goal-aligned storytelling around impact and ROI
Support portfolio-level reporting to ensure executive leadership has clear visibility into the current client roster, renewal health, risks, and expansion opportunities
Develop strategic reporting assets as needed, including renewal decks, ROI one-pagers, and investment-level impact modeling
Communicate results clearly and proactively to both clients and internal teams, tying outcomes back to initial launch goals
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client account information in Salesforce to ensure reliable reporting and visibility
Own the Account object and track key milestones, renewal timelines, risks, and growth opportunities
Ensure internal teams are aligned on account health and client expectations at all times
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in client success, account management role with a strong record of owning strategic partnerships
Strong understanding of digital marketing performance, funnel strategy, and content-driven campaign optimization
Proven success driving renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth through trusted client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort engaging executive-level stakeholders
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and confident operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Preferred
Experience working with higher education institutions, enrollment marketing, or education-focused organizations strongly preferred
Experience building internal processes, templates, or playbooks to support team scalability is a plus
