Responsibilities
Travel to job sites to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Complete service documentation and communicate repair priorities
Follow all safety policies and jobsite requirements
Work independently while coordinating with project teams
Qualification
Required
Strong diagnostic skills (engine, hydraulic, electrical)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel
Basic computer skills (Word/Excel)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must provide own tools
Preferred
5+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred
CAT SIS / CAT ET experience preferred
Spanish-speaking a plus (not required)
