Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GE Proficy MES solution delivery from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
Serve as the primary MES subject matter expert for manufacturing sites and stakeholders
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MES solution designs, defining solution architecture, data flows, workflows and integration patterns with ERP, SCADA/PLC, historians, IoT platforms and quality systems
Work closely with business teams to optimize manufacturing processes through digital solutions such as work-order dispatching, production tracking, quality management, material traceability and OEE/performance reporting
Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, system integrators and plant IT resources
Manage MES platform roadmaps, upgrades, performance optimization and governance while ensuring alignment with ISA-95, ISA-88 and industry best practices
Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration with shop-floor systems and provide leadership in driving Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing and digital transformation programs
