ActOne Executive Search is seeking a Service Administrator to coordinate and optimize the daily schedules for field technicians. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for service requests and overseeing the full lifecycle of service orders.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and optimize the daily schedules for field technicians/service staff to ensure maximum efficiency
Act as the primary point of contact for service requests, providing clear timelines and updates to clients
Oversee the full lifecycle of service orders—from initial intake to documentation and final closing
Accurate preparation of invoices, including parts, labor hours, and warranty claims
Maintain detailed service records and maintenance histories within the CRM
Resolve scheduling conflicts or customer concerns quickly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (Recent Graduates strongly encouraged)
Experience with Service Contracts
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
