Inventory Analyst
Waggle is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support accurate, data-driven inventory management across their end-to-end supply chain. The role involves maintaining inventory integrity, tracking movements, supporting store orders, and providing actionable reporting while collaborating with various teams to ensure inventory accuracy and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities
Support ongoing inventory tracking and visibility using Power BI and other internal systems
Assist with store-related inventory needs, including processing store orders and ensuring information is up to date
Contribute to inventory upkeep activities such as status updates, data reviews, and reconciliation work
Review inventory levels and performance to help identify discrepancies, trends, or areas needing attention
Support deeper analysis as needed to enhance the accuracy and understanding of inventory movement and performance
Partner with Sales and other teams to share insights, discuss product trends, and understand shifting inventory needs
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory records align with physical movements and operational workflows
Respond to inventory questions from internal partners, helping clarify status, availability, and potential risks
Contribute to initiatives or projects that require inventory data, analysis, or systems support across teams
Ensure inventory data remains accurate, consistent, and reliable across all reporting dashboards and systems
Continuously evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency or clarity
Support enhancements to tools and reporting systems, helping improve usability, accuracy, and overall inventory visibility
Participate in inventory-related projects that explore trends, operational improvements, or analytics-driven insights
Support execution of product lifecycle tasks, including End-of-Life monitoring and follow-up actions
Contribute to analyses that inform purchasing, demand planning, or merchandising decisions
Help prepare summaries, reports, or insights for leadership to guide inventory strategy and operational planning
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, supply chain, or a related analytical role (internships or part-time experience welcome)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and communicate insights clearly
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with operational and reporting tools, including Power BI, QuickBooks, and Shopify
Exposure to e-commerce, retail operations, supply chain, or distribution environments
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
Strong proficiency in spreadsheet tools and a willingness to learn new systems or technologies
