Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined territory across the Panama City and surrounding Florida Panhandle region
Sell and rent portable pumping solutions including diesel-driven pumps, electric pumps, and bypass pumping systems
Work closely with contractors across construction, utilities, municipalities, and infrastructure projects
Spend the majority of time in the field calling on jobsites, customers, and active projects
Build long-term rental relationships rather than transactional, one-off sales
Coordinate closely with operations to ensure equipment availability and execution
Represent the business with professionalism, urgency, and reliability in a fast-moving rental environment

Required

Direct experience selling or renting portable pumps within an equipment rental or dealer environment
A strong understanding of dewatering, bypass pumping, and temporary pumping applications
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, field-based sales role
The ability to work with customers ranging from jobsite supervisors to project managers
A self-sufficient, no-nonsense approach to territory management
Strong follow-through and responsiveness in a rental-led business
