Responsibilities

Monitor the financial planning dashboard to enable efficient, organized progression through existing financial planning process
Prepare prospective client packets and distribute to coworkers in a timely manner
Determine whether all pertinent financial planning packet information has been provided and notify coworkers of missing data
Utilize financial technology platforms to input financial planning information provided by prospective clients and existing clients
Oversee the Financial Planning inbox for communication from coworkers
Assist with ad hoc prospect and client financial planning projects, as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft ExcelMoneyGuide EliteEMoneyWealth StudiosHolistiplanBachelor’s Degree FinanceCertified Financial PlannerFinancial Planning

Required

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of MoneyGuide Elite or eMoney, Wealth Studios, and Holistiplan
Bachelor's Degree Finance or Financial Planning and less than 1 year financial planning, financial services preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Certified Financial Planner-CFP Board Program Candidate preferred
