Professional Liability Associate Attorney
Lewis Brisbois is a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, actively seeking an attorney to join its Professional Liability Practice. The role involves defending professional liability claims and requires strong research and writing skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in professional liability law or with substantive litigation experience.

Responsibilities
Defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Representing various professionals including accountants, architects & engineers, attorneys, bankers, computer and media professionals, financial planners, healthcare providers, insurance brokers and agents, school districts and municipalities, property appraisers and inspectors, real estate appraisers, brokers and agents, and securities brokers (FINRA)
Working with developing talented attorneys who have excellent skills in any litigation arena
Qualification
Required
strong research and writing skills
at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience defending professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers, Legal Malpractice, Errors & Omissions, and Architects & Engineers
Admission to the New York Bar
Preferred
some experience in professional liability law
substantive litigation experience
demonstrated interest in professional liability law
