U.S. Conference Specialist (all genders)
Lecturio is a leading international medical and nursing e-learning platform focused on increasing access to quality medical education. The U.S. Conference Specialist will manage the planning and execution of US-based conferences and events to support pipeline creation, revenue growth, and brand visibility across various verticals.
Responsibilities
Own the US conference and field event strategy in alignment with NA OKRs and Lifecycle Marketing priorities
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to align events to buyer journeys, vertical campaigns, and account-based initiatives
Recommend annual conference mix (sponsorships, speaking opportunities, regional events)
Lead planning and execution for: National and regional conferences, Trade shows and sponsorships, Customer, partner, and prospect events
Manage timelines, vendors, logistics, budgets, booth assets, and on-site execution
Serve as the single US point of contact for conference organizers and vendors
Work with Marketing, Sales, and PSM to define event goals (pipeline, meetings booked, expansion, retention)
Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event lifecycle campaigns
Ensure leads and accounts are properly routed into salesforce and HubSpot / CRM workflows
Track and report on: Pipeline sourced and influenced, Meetings booked and follow-ups completed, Cost per lead / opportunity, ROI by event and vertical
Provide post-event insights and optimization recommendations to Lifecycle Marketing leadership
Partner with: Sales & Revenue Leadership (field alignment, meetings, demos), Product & Simulation teams (messaging, demos, workshops), Customer Success / PSM (retention and expansion-focused events)
Contribution to NA pipeline and revenue targets
On-time, on-budget event execution
Improved lead-to-opportunity conversion from events
Documented post-event lifecycle activation for 100% of major events
Qualification
Required
3–6 years experience in B2B conferences, field marketing, or event marketing
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
Experience partnering with Sales and Revenue teams
Data-driven mindset with comfort reporting ROI
Experience in healthcare, education, SaaS, or enterprise marketing
