Responsibilities
Clean and prepare large pieces of foil for reuse
Apply frekote while wearing a respirator
Pour rubber molds for presses and manage an industrial mixer
Lift and handle materials weighing 30–40 lbs frequently, occasionally 50+ lbs
Work with minimal supervision to meet production goals
Stay proactive in a fast‑paced environment
Qualification
Required
Mechanical aptitude with technical work experience
Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Experience in assembly, general production, and use of hand tools
Capability to perform minimal data entry and basic math
Frequent lifting of 30–40 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
Wearing a respirator during certain processes
Working with minimal supervision to meet production goals
Staying proactive in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
