Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in equipment installation
Experience with IQ/OQ execution
Experience with validation documentation
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
Ability to support qualification activities as equipment comes online
Execution-focused mindset
Ability to work directly with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Ability to own validation deliverables
Ability to support equipment readiness in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Regulated manufacturing experience (medical device strongly preferred)
Exposure to tube drawing, metal processing, or Nitinol
