An advanced academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands‑on industry experience
7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development using Python
7+ years working with large‑scale datasets, data engineering, and analytical workflows
3+ years applying AI solutions to real-world business challenges
Strong technical mastery in machine learning, NLP, and/or generative AI
Preferred
Solid data science foundation, including SQL proficiency, Python-based data manipulation (e.g., pandas), and data visualization
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including writing and maintaining unit tests
Hands-on experience with large language models and deploying LLM-driven applications into production
Ability to navigate complex or incomplete datasets and derive meaningful solutions
Experience supporting and mentoring technical teams through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and clear communication
A proactive mindset focused on continual improvement, learning, and exploring emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills—able to articulate ideas effectively both in writing and verbally
A strong sense of product understanding and business domain awareness across prior roles
