Responsibilities
Own and maintain multiple production-grade in-house software systems across AI, ML, and data dashboard platforms
Design and evolve end-to-end system architecture spanning frontend, backend, and AI/ML components
Define and maintain software design standards and architectural guidelines used across ChabezTech engineering teams
Ensure implementations align with documented architecture and system design principles
Collaborate with frontend, backend, data, and AI/ML engineers to deliver well-integrated systems
Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, APIs, QA artifacts, and release notes
Coordinate software releases including versioning, dependency management, deployment readiness, and rollback strategies
Partner with QA teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and release readiness standards
Support production systems through issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Troubleshoot Linux-based system and application issues across development and production environments
Ensure software meets ChabezTech’s quality, performance, reliability, and security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong experience designing, owning, and supporting multiple production software systems
Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development
Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered systems, including agentic or autonomous AI architectures
Experience collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams
Proficiency in Linux environments, including debugging and system-level troubleshooting
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with data platforms, ML pipelines, or agent-based architectures
Experience with dashboards or data visualization platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
Experience supporting enterprise-grade production systems
Exposure to MLOps, data governance, security, and compliance practices
