5+ years expJobot is a fast-growing small company with a new position open for an exciting new division. The Managing Director - Engineering Operations will oversee engineering processes, lead teams, and ensure successful project management within the construction industry.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project management
Extensive experience with various engineering processes including jetting, Subsurface, Subsurface utility, utility locating, underground, hydro jetting, CCTV, CIPP, and piping
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
Strong budgeting and financial management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including accounting and operational management software on the business side
A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying current with the latest industry trends and advancements
Preferred
A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage
