Technical Program Manager II, Electronics, Quantum AI

As a Technical Program Manager for the Quantum AI team, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary quantum computing projects from concept to deployment, managing project requirements, schedules, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Support Quantum AI research teams by planning project requirements, managing schedules, leading life-cycle reviews (e.g., concept and design reviews), and serving as a collaboration interface between technical teams and external partners
Anticipate issues and propose solutions, manage dependencies and cross-functional interfaces, and identify the need to develop or improve tools or processes
Document and communicate work plans, timelines, and results to the broader team
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring they have the insights needed to make effective decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in project/program management
4 years of experience working in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor device design and fabrication, or quantum computing
Experience in vendor/agreement manufacturing management
Preferred
Advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working with emerging technology
