Generate pipeline in the NORAM market by identifying and engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks
Cold calls, personalized outreach, and deep research on prospects
Book meetings for the sales team

Experience in generating pipeline in the NORAM market
Ability to identify and engage decision-makers at fintechs and banks
Experience with cold calls and personalized outreach
Strong research skills on prospects
Ability to book meetings for the sales team
Willingness to work across time zones with a global team
Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed
Ability to handle high expectations and an intense pace
Ability to push through rejection and maintain motivation
Strong intention and ownership in work
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-changing priorities

Preferred

Experience at various levels in the SDR journey
Resourcefulness in figuring things out with available tools
Strong opinions and ability to defend them
