Sales Representative (Home Decor, US Retailers, Distributors)
Responsibilities
Business Development: Hunt and close new business opportunities within the US retail landscape, focusing on seasonal products, home decor, and soft goods
Account Management: Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key retail buyers and category managers
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into US consumer trends to align the client’s HK/China design capabilities with local market demand
Strategic Presentations: Showcase integrated sourcing solutions, highlighting the competitive edge of 'design-to-delivery' capabilities
Growth Strategy: Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets, directly impacting the firm's US market share
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Sales or Business Development, specifically within Seasonal Products, Home Decor, or Consumer Goods
You must possess existing, strong relationships with major US retailers and merchandisers (Big-box, Department Stores, or Specialty Retail)
Ability to act as a bridge between US market needs and Asia-based production/supply chain teams
Highly self-motivated; you enjoy the flexibility of a remote setup and are driven by hitting KPIs rather than clocking hours
Willingness to travel for key client meetings and major industry trade shows
