This individual will oversee daily operations for a large, mission-driven youth sports organization and will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering high-quality programs and ensuring an exceptional experience for all families.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and provide support to sport leadership boards
Manage registrations and facilitate the onboarding process for volunteer coaches
Facilitate Executive Board meetings
Supervise field and facility operations and manage seasonal staff
Build and maintain relationships with city and school district partners
Lead fundraising initiatives and pursue grant opportunities
Ensure compliance, coordinate insurance, and manage disciplinary processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, in Business, Sports/Recreation, Human Resources, preferred
Demonstrated experience in leadership and operations management
Exceptional organizational, communication, and community relations skills
Experience in budgeting and project management
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver's license required
