Responsibilities
Manage and work delinquent auto finance accounts
Communicate with customers to resolve past-due balances
Set and monitor payment arrangements
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups
Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues
Handle total loss insurance claims from start to finish
Communicate with insurance companies and dealers
Track CPI, GPS, and ancillary products
Review contracts and reports for accuracy
Assist with general admin and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish – read, write, speak fluently)
Prior experience in collections, auto finance, or auto insurance claims
Comfortable discussing past-due balances and resolving issues
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Familiar with Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Able to work independently without constant supervision
Preferred
Buy-Here / Pay-Here experience is a plus
