In this role, you will work closely with circuit designers to develop next-generation RF transceivers and mixed-signal circuits for advanced wireless communication systems.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality RF/Analog and mixed-signal layouts for advanced CMOS and FinFET nodes
Collaborate closely with circuit designers to support end-to-end tapeout execution
Interpret and resolve CALIBRE DRC, ERC, and LVS issues efficiently
Own layout blocks for RF circuits such as LNA, PA, PLLs, and related components
Lead and mentor a small team of layout engineers as needed
Support schedule planning and execution through effective cross-functional communication

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
10+ years of hands-on industry experience in RF / Analog / Mixed-Signal layout design
Strong experience with deep submicron CMOS and advanced FinFET technologies
Expert-level proficiency in Cadence or Mentor Graphics layout tools
Proven expertise in CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS analysis and debugging
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced design environments

Preferred

Programming experience in SKILL, Perl, and/or Python
Prior experience leading layout teams through successful tapeouts
