Lead business development efforts to originate, close, and expand CAS client relationships
Own and grow a personal book of business while driving cross-selling opportunities
Serve as the primary strategic advisor for complex and high-value client engagements
Oversee service delivery, financial reporting, and advisory outputs across client portfolios
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to senior managers and teams
Contribute to firm-wide strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required or strongly preferred
12+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated success in practice growth and client acquisition
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with market visibility and relationship-building expertise
Proven leadership presence and ability to scale teams and services
