Responsibilities

Partner with merchandising, planning, and IT stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for planning, forecasting, and merchandising applications
Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of new systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct data validation and analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of merchandising and planning data
Create and maintain process flows, documentation, and training materials to support effective system use and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and business users to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance
Drive user adoption and change management through effective communication and engagement with key business teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, application support, or systems implementation within merchandising, planning, or supply chain environments
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Frequent sitting
Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
Limited travel or overnight
Normal or corrected vision and hearing
Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials
Fluency in English is required for training, vendor interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Frequently outdoors
Frequently exposed to varying temperatures from below 32 degrees to above 80 degrees
Lift approximately 50+ lbs
Use of fine motor hand functions

Preferred

Experience with process automation, data integration, and system optimization is a plus
