Responsibilities
Lead consulting engagements in strategy, operations, or management advisory
Develop client relationships in the Columbus and broader Ohio market
Scope, propose, and deliver projects using AEX's multi-practice capabilities
Collaborate with other Partners across our five practice areas to cross-sell services
Contribute to AEX's regional presence and thought leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or corporate strategy
Experience managing client-facing engagements or workstreams
A network in Columbus/Ohio or the ability to build one
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in business development
Track record of delivering results for clients
