Required
Strong Communication Skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and deliver presentations to groups
Leadership & Team Motivation - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and influence individuals and teams across multiple functions
Technical Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Ferguson's inventory and logistics systems
Regional Travel Capability - Ability to travel within the region as required to support sales, customer service, and leadership needs. (KS/MO/ND/SD/NE/IA/MN)
Analytical & Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and operational activities to recommend solutions and support regional strategy
