Branch Manager / Loan Officer
CNB Bank Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to direct and supervise the staff and operations at their Hedgesville Branch. The role involves leading branch growth, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities
Lead branch growth through proactive business development, prospecting, and community outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand deposits, loans, and other financial services
Actively represent the organization in the community by participating in local events, networking groups, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and trust
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on banking products, services, and solutions to meet customer and community needs
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to inform branch strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while managing branch operations
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate potential problems, troubleshoot challenging issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks
Responsible for overall branch profitability and achievement of annual financial and operational goals
Analyze branch performance metrics, financial reports, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
Conduct regular individual coaching sessions with team members to develop knowledge and skills
Facilitate regular team meetings for open lines of communication and to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff while providing guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives
Oversee branch operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk are managed in accordance with procedures and policies
Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs
Participate in community activities to promote the organization and broaden community outreach
Qualification
Required
Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development, and public relations or related industry
Preferred
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
