Senior Business Development Manager
Excelsoft Technologies is a provider of innovative technology-based solutions in the education and training space. As a Business Development Manager for the US market, you will develop strategic relationships within K‑12, Higher Education, and Corporate Learning, focusing on expanding the EdTech footprint and driving long‑term revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement BD strategies tailored for the US education ecosystem
Generate and qualify leads across K‑12, HigherEd, and corporate segments
Conduct product demos and solution‑oriented discussions with US‑based prospects
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → pitching → negotiation → closure
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers across the US
Work closely with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams
Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Represent the brand in US EdTech conferences, webinars, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development within the EdTech sector
Strong understanding of K-12, Higher Education, and Corporate Learning markets
Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth
Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
Experience in managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closure
Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers
Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking pipeline and performance metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
