New Grad, Entry LevelSurface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider, and they are seeking an entry-level, field-based sales representative to help grow their presence with apartment communities, hotels, assisted living facilities, and residential builders. The role involves meeting with property managers and staff, identifying repair opportunities, and managing a daily route independently.

Responsibilities
Visit apartment communities, hotels, and job sites throughout the day
Meet with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance supervisors, and facilities staff
Walk units and common areas to identify surface repair opportunities
Introduce Surface Experts services and book repair work
Manage your daily route and schedule independently
Log activity, notes, and follow-ups in our system
Typical days include 10–15 on-site visits
Qualification
Required
Comfortable spending most of your day on the road and walking into commercial properties
Eager to learn and open to feedback
Takes responsibility for results
Willing to run a proven sales playbook
Comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first
Executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently
Preferred
Experience in customer service or hospitality
Experience in property management or leasing
Experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction support roles
Experience in entry-level sales or business development
