Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex data analytics problems with time series data
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and develop proof-of-concepts
Maintain AI/ML systems, including data pipelines, model training, optimization, and deployment
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including new algorithms, techniques, and tools
Participate in the development of research proposals, papers, and presentations
Collaborate with external partners, including academia and industry, to advance AI/ML research and applications

Required

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
Excellent software development skills, with experience in version control systems such as Git
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must be a US citizen - this position requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experience with anomaly detection workflows
Familiarity with Graph Neural Networks (GNNs)
History of projects utilizing time series data
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
Experience with AI/ML ethics, fairness, and transparency
