Responsibilities
Knowledge of configuration and daily support of the SAP S4 FICO modules
In depth knowledge & understanding of SAP end-to-end process config such as Product Costing, AR, AP, GL
Support functionalities including understanding of SAP S4 FICO configurations and transactions related to Product Costing, Actual Costing, Production Orders, Overheads, cost estimates, activities, cost rollup
Work with stakeholders and business users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution
Work with Technical ABAP team in explaining the requirement and co-ordinate with them to get development moving
Prepare and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing scripts
Create Training documentation and impart training to end users
Provide status of the assigned tasks to Project Manager and other team members
Key contact with the business users in different time zones to collaboratively work on the requirements to develop additional functionalities
Work with cross functional teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
Work with the onsite-offshore resources in different time zones to prioritize, coordinate and execute daily production support and guide them in implementing small to medium size projects
Ability to architect solutions in the Finance functional areas by seamlessly integrating with SD, MM, FI and BW functional areas
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree
Minimum 10 years of SAP experience focused on the FICO modules
Strong FICO Product Costing configuration and technical skills
Change Control and Release Management Experience
Practical Finance functional/business knowledge and experience
Strong proven project management experience and skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative work experience
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Action oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
User management and training experience
