Translate document management, filing systems, and record-keeping workflows into structured research deliverables
Apply administrative expertise to support AI research and evaluation initiatives
Ensure created content reflects practical filing, organization, and data retrieval scenarios
Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Strong years of full-time professional experience as a File Clerk
Strong understanding of document organization, filing systems, and records management practices
Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail
Ability to clearly articulate job-specific workflows and organizational processes
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
