They are seeking Junior Level Design Professionals to assist in the compilation, drafting, and coordination of permit and construction documents for high-end residential architecture projects.

Responsibilities

Professional degree in Architecture
2+ years professional experience
Passion for high-end residential architecture and construction
Experience with the compilation, drafting and coordination of permit and construction documents
An efficient self-starter who can identify and solve both simple and complex problems with principal guidance
A drive to constantly learn, improve and contribute
High-end analytical and organizational skills
Strong writing, verbal communication, and collaboration skills

Experience in custom residential design, especially in the Los Angeles region
Currently a resident of Los Angeles
1+ years experience with Revit in an office environment working on real world projects
In-depth experience with the following software: Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.)
