Sales Associate - The Olive Basin Shop
Kitchen Kettle Village is looking for energetic, guest-focused individuals with a passion for food retail. The Sales Associate role involves providing outstanding guest service, conducting product demos, and managing sales transactions while maintaining a friendly and organized environment.

Responsibilities
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting, and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service
Remain on the sales floor 90% of the time-sharing product knowledge and use ideas in various positions within the shop including sample/demo areas
Accurately handle all forms of money transactions and wrap/bag guest purchases
Open and/or close registers as needed
Price and set up merchandise displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
Obtain merchandise throughout the store, requested by guests
Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of products
Monitor and assist with periodic merchandise inventories
Keep the shop and merchandise clean and orderly
All other related duties as required and assigned
