Responsibilities
Championing Pennsylvania Creative Industries as the Commonwealth's central creative industries agency
Developing materials and strategies to promote creative industries as a vital driver of economic growth, community well-being, and opportunity
Establishing and overseeing the agency's digital presence, including website, social media, and branding, ensuring clear communication of mission, vision, and objectives
Supporting the planning and execution of public events that advance the agency's visibility
Qualification
Required
Two years of professional communications experience and a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least two years of experience in digital communications strategy, planning, writing, and editing
At least two years of professional experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
At least two years of professional experience using graphic design and video production software
Experience planning or helping to plan at least one successful public facing event, announcement, and/or visibility initiative
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
At least two years of experience designing, implementing, and managing digital strategies and projects
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
At least one year of experience building and maintaining effective working relationships across diverse stakeholders
Ability to perform essential job functions
