Responsibilities
Lead/Manage/Support as a Project Manager in the PMO office you will typically support 2-4 projects meeting the internal needs of General Dynamics lines of business and functional areas
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage project budget, risk, schedule and scope
Drive positive outcomes through facilitation with the project team by leading consensus building discussion
Utilize our methodology and gates to drive project success while meeting all governance policies
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience: 8+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Experience managing IT projects thru formal methodology
Project management experience with cross-functional matrixed teams
Ability to drive project performance, facilitation skills, presentation skills, collaborative consensus building, vendor management, critical relationship management with internal stakeholder teams, and a solid ability to manage risk and competing resources
US Person: required
Role requirements: hybrid position 3 days/week onsite
