Project/Program Manager I (SDA)
King County Metro Transit is a regional leader in public transportation, seeking a Project/Program Manager I to support Rail Division projects. The role involves managing data, supporting technology deployments, and maintaining asset management processes in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities
Gather and compile data for analysis and reporting
Obtain, download, review, duplicate, and manage video information from train surveillance systems for incident investigations, suspect identification, and criminal prosecutions
Support service coordination by collecting and managing service records and other requested data
Manage access credentials and pager duty processes
Maintain and support SharePoint sites, files and documentation
Support badging processes and credential tracking
Assist with MEGS/DLs administration
Support technology deployment activities, asset management, preventative maintenance schedules, and special projects
Perform preliminary analysis and prepare draft materials for review
Draft routine correspondence and reports
Respond to inquiries regarding procedures, processes, and applicable regulations or laws
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of experience providing administrative, analytical, project, program, or operational support, which includes at least two (2) of the following: Gathering, compiling, or validating data for reports or analysis
Entering, extracting, or managing information using databases or automated systems
Drafting correspondence, summaries, reports, or documenting procedures
Responding to routine inquiries related to procedures, processes, or regulations
Coordinating tasks, records, or schedules across multiple workgroups or systems
Knowledge of applicable automated systems and software applications
Basic knowledge of research methods and quantitative concepts
Skill in entering, extracting, and managing information within automated information systems
Strong written and oral communication skills
Customer service and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
Preferred
One (1) or more years of experience supporting projects, programs, or administrative operations in a transportation-related environment
One (1) or more years of experience effectively managing files or information on SharePoint
One (1) or more years of experience working with data, reports, or technical information
Experience working in a safety-sensitive or regulated environment
