Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing insights and recommendations for business transformation in consumer financial services
Lead a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
Oversee the design and implementation of analytical projects using data and GenAI technologies
Leverage data-driven insights to inform and evolve product constructs
Provide financial support and lead financial assessments and optimization initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and maximize analytics impact
Mentor and develop team members in analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of leading transformation and driving business impact
Experience managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment
Experience leveraging GenAI or advanced analytics technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency
Strong background in consumer financial services, with knowledge of industry dynamics, product design, segmentation, and regulatory considerations
Preferred
Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics, GenAI, and business intelligence
