New Grad, Entry LevelJetpack Shipping is a third-party logistics company specializing in manufacturing and fulfillment operations. They are seeking a Technical Executive Assistant to support the CTO by managing communications, building reports, and understanding technical operations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the alternative point of contact for inquiries directed to the CTO, triaging requests and routing them to the appropriate team—whether that's Development, a department lead, or back to the CTO herself
Communicate on the CTO's behalf to internal teams and external clients, relaying information accurately and professionally without overstepping decision-making authority
Monitor integration alerts, client communications, and internal channels, escalating issues appropriately and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Prioritize all communication from the CTO above other tasks
Build and maintain reports using BigQuery and Looker Studio to support account management, operations, and client needs
Field questions from internal teams about where to find data in our ERP system and how to interpret it
Develop familiarity with our data warehouse structure to answer reporting requests efficiently and independently
Learn our ERP platform (Fulfil.io) thoroughly—understanding workflows, data models, and how client operations are configured
Manage and modify simple automation rules within the ERP to accommodate client-specific requirements
Develop working knowledge of our integration architecture to understand where issues originate and who can resolve them
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery (or strong willingness to develop it quickly)
Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools
Familiarity with ERP systems—experience with Fulfil.io, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week in the Tallmadge, OH area
Reliable availability for occasional communication outside standard business hours
Preferred
Bilingual: Mandarin Chinese and English
Background in logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce operations, or SaaS
Experience supporting technical or executive leadership
Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, or automation tools
